The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a Japanese manufacturer of automotive products they are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their business! The successful incumbent will liaise with internal stakeholders on invoice and shipping documents, as well as managing data entry tasks and handling large volumes of data with accuracy.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: South-West region
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3,800 + Transport Reimbursement + AWS

The Job:

• Prepare shipping documents accurately, efficiently, and on time
• Ensure prompt notification and dispatch of shipping documents to customers and logistics providers
• Verify and process freight invoices from logistics providers
• Manage supplier payment processes and handle insurance applications
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

The Talent:

• Strong in Excel (vlookup and pivot table)
• At least 1 - 2 years' working experience in any field
• Comfortable with data entry scope and handling large volume of data
