As a Medical Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handling case management and provide counselling to clients.

• Conducting assessment on client’s needs and conditions including but not limited to psychosocial and financial assessments.

• Making referral to relevant agency and attending to referral cases.

• Conducting training for caregivers and internal staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Social Work

• At least 1 year of experience preferred

• SPC Registered

• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills

• Able to work in fast paced environment
