Position: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: up $6000 (depend on exp)
Working Day: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat)
Working Location (office): Loyang Crescent

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of contract administration and quantity survey.

• Cost estimation and material and quantity take-off.

• The ability to obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Independent bidding experience.

• Administration of project and contract papers.

• Ordering of materials.

• Measurement, claim management, payment response, and variation orders for projects.

• Had prior expertise handling a large project claim alone.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Builders Work or Engineering.

• Working experience on high-end renovation projects.

• Knowledgeable about interior fit-out projects, M&E construction materials and procurement methods.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD.
