• Position : Sales Support Executive - GOOD COMPANY - Up to $4,200 + AWS

• Location : North - Tagore Lane (shuttle bus from Ang Mo Kio MRT)

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Leave + Dental/Optical Benefits + TCM/Specialists Benefits + Medical Health Check up + Flexi Allowances of $400 - $1000 + Season Parking (For candidates with own car) + Partial Mobile Reimbursement + Sponsored enrichment courses (For candidates who wants it)

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Own the quotation-to-order process, including preparation, negotiation, and fulfillment.

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers on purchase orders and inventory.

• Manage shipment logistics and delivery timelines with partners.

• Resolve post-sale issues, including returns and warranty claims.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic financial checks.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holders with at least 2 years in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Experience with CRM systems and a good grasp of sales/commercial processes.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates and vendors from the China office who can only speak in mandarin.
