Perm Finance & Supply Chain Counsel( Manufacturing Industry) - #1117211

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and enterprising individual who will be the manufacturing and supply chain finance partner to Indonesia plant and Asia’s Outsourced Manufacturing operations leadership team. The individual will provide comprehensive financial support for plant and outsourced manufacturing operations and work across multiple Business Groups and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as manufacturing and supply chain finance partner to Indonesia plant and all business group’s Outsourced Manufacturing business team located in Singapore, China, Indonesia and Vietnam to provide financial support and control to deliver operational excellence.

• Support Indonesia Plant and Outsourced Manufacturing operations teams through annual operating plan, monthly forecasting and monthly P&L financial results review processes.

• Ensure key financial performance metrics are monitored and deviations highlighted, and corrective actions implemented to deliver financial results.

• Perform unit cost update and pro-actively communicate to the stakeholders and/or division and purchasing subsidiaries.

• New project investment ROI analysis and other adhoc financial analysis and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with Company's Global Financial Standards and address audit queries.

• Standardize manufacturing and supply chain reporting across Asia Countries and Plants to ensure consistency in metrics to drive productivity improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Min. 5–7 years’ experience in an MNC environment.

• Experience in business or manufacturing finance, ideally working with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and/or Microsoft Power BI.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, US GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to resolve key issues.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
