We're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Tea Baristas to join our dynamic team! Whether you're already a tea lover or eager to learn, this is your chance to be part of a brand that’s redefining modern tea drinking.

Location: Islandwide

Working days: 5 days work week, based on roster

Salary range: Basic + Allowance + Incentives ( Gross $2500-$3500)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to company standard operating procedures (SOP) and recipes.

• Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments.

• Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience, acting as a Company brand ambassador.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the barista area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations in line with Health & Safety and Hygiene protocols.

• Ensure sufficient stock levels by monitoring tea inventory, restocking supplies, and handling deliveries.

• Adhere to operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily store operations.

Requirements

• Passionate, responsible, and motivated with a positive attitude.

• Prior working experience as a barista or in a similar F&B role advantageous (training will be provided for those without experience).

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate will be an added advantage.

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
