Our client is a Japanese manufacturer specializing in robotics and automation solutions for the semiconductor industry. They are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to handle maintenance and after-sales support.


【Responsibilities】
- Perform maintenance on products used in the semiconductor industry
- Conduct hands-on repair work and troubleshooting when necessary
- Support both in-house and on-site activities related to parts and equipment
- Address technical inquiries from clients and suppliers
- Prepare service reports and failure analysis documentation for customers
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, manage stock inventory, and maintain work standardization
- Assist in new product introduction and repair development projects

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)
- Diploma or higher in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineer in the mechanical field
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and listening) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Must possess a valid driving license to travel to client sites

(Advantageous)
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer, particularly in robotics or mid-to-large-sized semiconductor equipment
