Junior Site Laboratory | Entry Level | West | 1Y Contract - RRSI - #1117057

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: West
Salary: Up to $2300

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high level of customer service by working closely with clients and their operations teams.

• Ensure all testing activities follow quality and safety standards in line with SOPs.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage and review assigned tasks.

• Support cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives led by the team lead.

• Mentor and cross-train team members using standardized training materials.

• Review workloads and resources regularly with the team to ensure efficiency.

• Ensure timely calibration of laboratory equipment.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the laboratory.

• Monitor project execution and resource allocation, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with the manager and customers.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Applied Chemistry, Science, or related field; fresh grads welcome, 1+ year lab experience preferred

• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), cGMP, and lab quality standards
