Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance by leading, coaching, and developing a team of representatives.

• Manage product lines and P&L to optimise revenue growth and profitability.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across clinics, nursing homes, and retail.

• Oversee key client accounts while ensuring strong relationships and service excellence.

• Support strategic sales planning, forecasting, and budget allocation with data-driven insights.

• Maintain product knowledge to effectively guide the team and address customer needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience
