Who You Are:

Oversee daily operations, problem solving, ensuring quality, employee management, reporting and documentation, continuous improvement, leadership

Position Summary:

Report to Production Manager, manage a team to achieve Production KPIs.

 What You Will Do:

• Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

• Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Must be able to work in 12-hour Night Shift (7:50pm-8:00am).

• Minimum 3 years experiences in supervisory role.
