Candidates with relevant experience in marketing and sales, or student recruitment within the Private Education sector are highly preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales & Recruitment ManagementManage and maintain a portfolio of recruitment agents and referrers to ensure student recruitment KPIs are consistently met.
Actively engage new prospective students and recruitment partners through targeted marketing and sales campaigns to drive enrolment growth.
Utilise multiple communication platforms (e.g., IMS, WhatsApp, Cristal Dash, and others) to follow up on course inquiries and respond to marketing/sales-related student service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to close sales and convert leads into enrolment.
Follow up with existing students to promote further studies or progression pathways, enhancing retention and lifetime value.
Support school activities that contribute to high student satisfaction, reinforcing positive brand perception and future marketing potential.
Adhere to current marketing and sales policies and procedures in all daily operations to ensure consistency and compliance.
Complete assigned tasks from top management or supervisors with accuracy and accountability.
