Location: Punggol - Pulau Ubin
Basic Salary: $3700 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee facilities management services to ensure compliance with contract performance standards.

• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance, pest control, and landscaping through appointed contractors.

• Conduct weekly inspections and meetings to ensure cleanliness standards.

• Ensure Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services meet performance KPIs.

• Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

• Coordinate logistics and support for meetings and events, including sourcing quotations and raising invoices.

• Prepare and compile monthly operational reports.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Facilities Management / Property Management

• Good coordination skill in managing contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

• Able to travel to Pulau Ubin ( 7 mins ferry from Punggol )
