Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Profitability
   Develop sales budgets and business plans; lead the team to meet revenue and margin goals. Drive upselling, reactivation, and monitor pricing and costs. Conduct market and competitor analysis.
2. Service Management
   Manage service budgets, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Oversee warranty claims, quality repairs, and resource scheduling.
3. Marketing
   Collect market insights and implement strategies to boost sales and market share.
4. Inventory & Logistics
   Optimize inventory levels and oversee logistics, purchasing, and shipping to ensure cost efficiency.
5. Systems & Reporting
   Utilize SAP and CRM systems for data accuracy and reporting. Track performance to drive accountability.
6. Team Management
   Handle performance reviews, training, onboarding, and manage budget-related expenses and receivables.
7. Non-Golf Product Sales
   Lead Non-Golf sales team, manage full sales cycle, collaborate cross-functionally, handle customer relationships, and monitor AR and inventory.

Requirements :

• 8–10 years in after-sales operations with team leadership experience.
• 3–5 years in spare parts sales or related field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP BW, and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, contracts, budgeting, and EHS standards.
