1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies and leverage on various platforms to meet anticipated recruitment needs of the business through a data driven approach.
Own and drive the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment and interviewing, salary proposal and offer, through to onboarding; ensure seamless and best-in-class candidate experience journey.
Create and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and HR counterparts through strategic partnerships; partner with business stakeholders and HR Business Partner to assess talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenges where necessary.
Build and maintain strong network of potential candidates and external talent sources through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Find, excite and engage passive candidates. Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support future and current needs of the business.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide weekly reports on hiring velocity, bottlenecks, and candidate pipeline health.
Participate in campus outreach and employer branding campaigns
Lead / participate in related projects and provide support in general HR operations
Policy & Compliance
Manage data consistency and ensure sensitive data comply with current legislation and internal requirements.
Support audits and internal reviews related to hiring practices and employee wellbeing.
2. Employee Wellness & Engagement
Design and implement wellness programs, with focus on physical wellness, that are aligned with Singapore Market’s Workplace Outreach Wellness (WOW) initiatives.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Workplace Safety & Health and wellness providers etc) to promote and encourage employee participation in all wellness initiatives.
Track wellness metrics and employee feedback to continuously improve programme effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or employee engagement, preferably in security, logistics, or government-linked sectors.
Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, MOM policies, and HR tech platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with ATS workflows and job requisition approval routing.
Experience in designing wellness programs and applying for grants.
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruitment and wellness analytics.
