Job Responsibilities

• Support Warehouse Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Inbound Department, ensuring performance meets KPIs set.

• Manage day-to-day inbound activities, including goods receipt, order processing, customer returns, and handling of life-saving equipment (LSE)

• Lead the Inbound Team to ensure seamless coordination of receiving, return handling, inspection, system updates, and put-away processes

• Coordinate with authorities, procurement teams, contractors, and end-users regarding inquiries related to receipt, issuance, loans, returns, and LSE matters

• Handle ad-hoc tasks and resolve exceptional cases such as inventory discrepancies, product returns, and invalid orders

• Prepare and calculate monthly Receipt and Return Performance Reports

• Maintain organized and systematic filing of documents for efficient tracking and retrieval

• Compile and analyze LSE-related data for management meetings with authorities

• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to workplace safety regulations

• Allocate manpower based on activity requirements to optimize operational efficiency

• Conduct training to warehouse staff to support skill development and operational consistency

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
