RecruitFirst is hiring Customer Service Specialist! You will be outsourced to:
Job Details:
Location: Midview City
Working Hours: 5 Days a week, rotated (cant choose shift as off days are arranged among team mates)
Shift A: 7am – 4pm
Shift B: 9am – 6pm
Shift C: 2pm – 11pm
Salary: : $2,550 per month basic + $10 per day shift allowance (for 2pm-11pm shifts) + $200 KPI incentives (if hit KPI)
Responsibilities:
• Answer all open/escalated issues with urgency correspondence from customers, around 12 cases a day
• No compliance critical mistakes
• Investigate, review, and complete all unresolved issues from all regulatory
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O levels
Experience handling in escalation complaints or complaints
Experience in front facing, retail or F&B Industry that handled complaints is highly advantageous
