Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent frontline service to patients, families, and clinical staff.

• Coordinate and confirm operating theatre bookings to ensure smooth scheduling.

• Support patient registration, documentation, and insurance claims submission.

• Generate tax invoices and receipts; maintain accurate records.

• Manage appointment calendars and follow-up visits efficiently.

• Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies.

• Collaborate closely with clinical teams to optimize patient flow.

• Provide administrative and clerical support as required.

Requirements

Essential:

• GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Business Administration / Healthcare Management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including alternate Saturdays.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a healthcare, surgical, or clinic environment.

• Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
