Key Responsibilities

  • Clean patient rooms, consultation areas, waiting rooms, hallways, and other common spaces.

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks — dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g. door handles, switches, medical equipment).

  • Clean and sanitise restrooms; ensure they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Follow established cleaning schedules and infection control procedures.

  • Pack nurses’ uniforms into laundry bags for collection; handle linens and uniforms for washing and storage.

  • Dispose of general and medical waste safely, in line with health regulations.

  • Empty and sanitise waste bins regularly.

  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors.

  • Occasionally assist with serving light refreshments or snacks to patients.

  • Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional attitude at all times.

  • Support daily housekeeping operations and carry out additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (healthcare or clinical setting preferred).

  • Familiar with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling procedures.

  • Good physical stamina; able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of infection control and waste disposal procedures.

  • Basic communication skills and a positive, respectful attitude.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a stable and reputable private healthcare group.

  • Work in a clean, modern, and supportive environment.

  • On-the-job training provided — no formal qualifications required.

  • Attractive staff benefits and allowances.

  • Convenient location near MRT stations.

  • Opportunities to grow and build a stable long-term career in healthcare.
