We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support our Procurement Department in ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement operations. This role will involve coordinating with vendors, maintaining procurement records, and supporting internal departments with purchasing-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in ensuring adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and compliance with relevant regulations, including the Company’s Act.
Support daily procurement operations including acquisitions, order tracking, return status, and related office administrative duties.
Help prepare purchase documentation and maintain up-to-date procurement data and filing systems for improved process efficiency.
Coordinate with suppliers and principals to gather product and service information to assist the sales team under the guidance of the Procurement Executive.
Ensure timely processing of all purchasing activities and invoice updates to the Finance Department.
Assist the Procurement Executive in preparing purchasing reports and records for Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
Carry out other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
NITEC/ Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Able to work independently while supporting a team-based environment.
Honest, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
