Salary Package: Basic up to $4000 + Allowance + AWS +VB

5 Day Office Hour

Working Location: Hougang

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and support both private and public project tender submissions.

• Attend site meetings, perform on-site measurements, and assist with data collection.

• Handle progress claims, subcontractor payments, variation orders, and contract administration.

• Manage documentation such as contract evaluations, award recommendations, and subcontract agreements.

• Support site activities with progress reporting, QA/QC records, and HSEQ compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent

• Min 1 years of Quantity Surveying experience in construction industry

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD,Revit
