Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Singapore market.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and direct client engagement.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
Understand client requirements and position tailored solutions to address their IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experience and providing post-sales support.
3. Market Analysis & Strategic Insights
Conduct ongoing analysis of the Singapore IT and security market, identifying trends, opportunities, and customer demands.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive solution development and explore opportunities in Data and AI.
Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain competitive positioning.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials for the Singapore market.
5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, focusing on systems, network infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions.
Exposure to Data and AI technologies is a strong advantage.
Sales Acumen
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.
Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and close complex solution-based sales.
Industry Knowledge
Preferably with understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity products, and current trends in the Singapore market.
Communication & Negotiation
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to influence and engage with senior-level decision-makers.
Client Focus
Deep understanding of client pain points with the ability to propose solutions that meet both
technical and business needs
