Customer Support Specialist - Emails (UP $2750 + Bonus, Midview, 1 Year) - #1116516

RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:  
 
Job Details:  
• Location: Midview
• Salary: $2550 Basic + $200 KPI Incentive + $10/day Shift Allowance for Shift C + 1 Month Performance Bonus
• Duration: Immediate - 1 Year Renewable
• Working hours: Rotating shifts, 5 days a week from Mon-Sun
- Shift A: 7am-4pm
- Shift B: 8am-6pm
- Shift C: 2pm-11pm ($10/day shift allowance)

Responsibilities: 
• Resolving enquiries from drivers which includes escalated cases – average 12 cases per day.  
• Resolving cases via emails and do follow up calls only

Requirements: 
• Min O Levels 
• Prior customer service experience in handling escalation complaints
• Comfortable to do shift work
