Must have at least 10 years in construction industry.
Responsibilities:
To handle all Work Permit related matters ie application / renewal / cancellation / replacement of Work Pass etc
Workers’ Payroll Administration
To handle workers’ matters ie training arrangement, prepare contracts, home leave arrangement, dormitory administration, worker insurance, petty cash submission etc
To liaise with government authority ie MOM pertaining to worker matters
Other ad-hoc admin duties
Posting job openings and managing job advertisements, reviewing and shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates, onboarding new employees.
Planning for company welfare
Requirements:
Min. ‘O’ level and equivalent
5 years’ working experience in handling full spectrum of administrative roles, and in construction industry.
Focus more on staff > workers
Possess basic knowledge of Whyze HR System and MS Office Application i.e., MS Word, Excel etc.
Comfortable and able to communicate well with foreign workers.
Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English, enabling effective communication with the workforce.
Manage SME with headcount of min 150 to 200.
Singaporean only with fluent Chinese to communicate with workers
