Responsibilities
Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, quotations & filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related samples, equipment, or material.
Follow up with existing customers and quotations to close deal.
Responding to feedback from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
Assist in examine & organizing stock to ensure quality & quantity is in order before delivery.
Requirements
Strong ability to work under pressure with the right mind set.
Detail oriented and possesses strong organizational skills.
Analytical problem-solvers who can work independently and are able to meet tight deadlines.
Multitask and provide excellent customer service.
High level of positive energy, outspoken & flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environment.
