Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of warehouse documentation — from work orders to shipping notes and receiving records.

• Track and update stock movement to ensure system records match actual inventory.

• Carry out regular stock counts, adjustments, and reporting to maintain accuracy.

• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to keep processes running smoothly.

• Support daily warehouse activities and take on additional responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

• Degree holder (any discipline) with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Exposure to semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environments is highly valued.

• Hands-on knowledge of inventory or warehouse operations.

• Comfortable using ERP systems (SAP experience will be a plus).

• Meticulous, organized, and adaptable to fast-moving environments
