Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Manage inquiries, service requests, and complaints with timely follow-up and resolution.
Record and update customer details for follow-up and database accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth waste collection and service delivery.
Oversee collection schedules, purchase orders, billing, and compliance documentation.
Maintain filing systems, NAV software, and prepare monthly reports.
Support the Customer Service Manager in improving processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Possess at least Diploma in any field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Strong adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
