The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic engagements with large enterprise clients, delivering innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation, operational efficiency, and sustainability. You will lead complex sales cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to position Fujitsu as a long-term strategic partner.
Key Responsibilities: -
· Client Relationship Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior / key stakeholders within assigned enterprise accounts, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
· Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account strategies that align client goals with Fujitsu’s capabilities in digital transformation, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and sustainability.
· Industry-Focused Solutioning: Understand client pain points and position tailored solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
· Sales Execution: Drive the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification, proposal development, and pricing strategy to contract negotiation and closure.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery & support team to ensure cohesive and compelling client engagements.
· Partner Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with strategic key technology and partners to co-create and deliver integrated solutions.
· Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies to guide client conversations and influence strategic direction.
· Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Business/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
· 8+ years of enterprise IT solution sales experience, with at least 5 years focused large enterprise accounts
· Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and building strategic client relationships.
· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, managed services, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
· Experience in consultative selling and value-based solutioning.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Experience working within or alongside system integrators and technology partners.
