Project Manager (Interior Design)
North Region, Singapore | Min. 5–6 years’ experience

Join Bio-Design Pte Ltd, an established renovation company delivering commercial projects for leading brands in Singapore. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee exciting renovation projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and within budget

• Coordinate with QS, designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Supervise site progress and ensure safety & quality standards

• Communicate with clients and management, providing regular updates

• Prepare project documentation and ensure smooth handovers

• Assist the Project Director with additional Project Management responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Min. 5–6 years’ project management experience (renovation/interior design preferred)

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil/Building, or related

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Able to read drawings & manage costing/vendor negotiations

• Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage (liaising with director & clients)

• Class 3 Driving Licence is a plus
