Job Title: Temporary Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Up to $4,500) - #1116284

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with partners across public, private, and people sectors to promote pro-environmental behaviours and community initiatives. 

• Plan and manage events, including setting up educational booths, delivering talks, conducting quizzes or games, both physically and virtually. (Most events are held during weekends.) 

• Train and coordinate volunteers for local outreach activities such as recycling drives and house visits for public health or environmental initiatives. 

• Manage residents’ feedback and enquiries, ensuring timely logging and follow-up in collaboration with community stakeholders. 

Requirements: 

• Comfortable with flexible working hours, including weekday evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed. 

• Willing and able to travel within the North West district for work purposes. 

• Physically fit to conduct house visits and stand for extended periods during events. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for community engagement. 

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

Job Type: 3-Month Contract (Extendable for another 3 months) 

Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
