Job Scope
Serve as the main point of contact, delivering personalized and seamless service from admission to follow-up.
Coordinate appointments, procedures, transport, and other logistics with clinical and non-clinical teams.
Anticipate and respond to client needs with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Handle inquiries, referrals, and communications with clients, their representatives, and healthcare partners.
Support billing, cost estimates, insurance, and payment arrangements.
Maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, keeping them updated on patient care.
Requirement
Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience
