Job Scope

• Serve as the main point of contact, delivering personalized and seamless service from admission to follow-up.

• Coordinate appointments, procedures, transport, and other logistics with clinical and non-clinical teams.

• Anticipate and respond to client needs with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Handle inquiries, referrals, and communications with clients, their representatives, and healthcare partners.

• Support billing, cost estimates, insurance, and payment arrangements.

• Maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, keeping them updated on patient care.

Requirement

• Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience
