About the role

This is a full-time Sales Support Executive (Customer Service) role based in the Yishun Region, reporting to the Sales team at First Port Global Pte Ltd. In this customer-facing role, you will be providing comprehensive sales support and excellent customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer enquiries and managing customer accounts in a timely and professional manner

• Sourcing competitive quotes from vendors. 

• Providing sales support by preparing costing, sales quotations, following up on lead generation activities and processing orders.

• Maintaining accurate records and data in our ERP system.

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of order to customers.

• Identifying and escalating any customer issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.

• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the industrial products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.

• Proficient in using ERP software and Microsoft Office applications.

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
