Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret tender specifications, drawings, and scope of works.

• Prepare cost estimates, BQ take-offs, and pricing tabulations; source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.

• Compile and submit tender documents; coordinate tender clarifications and follow-ups.

• Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

• Monitor project costs, track variations, and produce forecasts and cost reports to keep projects within budget.

• Prepare and process interim valuations, progress claims, and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.

• Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities, schedules, and procurement lists.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders for accurate and timely delivery.

• Assemble mechanical (ACMV) tender packages and perform value engineering where applicable.

• Maintain complete documentation including contracts, change orders, and cost analysis reports.

• Identify cost and contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Building Services, Construction, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; training provided for entry-level candidates.

• Able to read drawings/specifications with strong numeracy and attention to detail.

• Good to have: interior fit-out experience, ACMV/mechanical exposure, and knowledge of current market rates/SOR.
