Responsibilities

• Delivered friendly and reliable customer service, providing flight details within 1 hour of booking.

• Ensured export document compliance, permits, and customs processes were completed on time.

• Monitored onboard shipment status and updated customers on irregularities.

• Coordinated with Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams for smooth workflow.

• Maintained accurate airfreight rates and stayed updated on airline/government requirements.

• Prepared timely customer reports and ensured shipments were arranged as per SOP.

• Liaised with stakeholders and supported Sales with special arrangements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Equivalent with experience in airfreight/logistics customer service.

• Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines and ensure compliance.

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with freight management systems.
