Customer Service Officer - Part Time (Choa Chu Kang) - #1116195

We are looking for Part-time Customer Service Officers to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centre in the West area at Choa Chu Kang (Keat Hong CC).
(Students that are interested to gain experience in customer service excellence are welcome to join us!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to students, parents, and visitors entering the tuition centre, addressing inquiries about programs, schedules, and services.

• Aid in the registration process for new students, including paperwork completion and fee collection.

• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments promptly and courteously.

• Maintain a clean shopfront and assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.

We are looking for suitable Part-time Customer Service Officers to work on:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 2:30pm to 9:30pm

• Saturday - 8:30am to 6:30pm

(Must be able to commit for minimally 1 year, at least 2 days a week out of the days listed)
