Are you a hands-on contractor or facilities technician ready to bring your engineering skills into the fast-paced world of restaurants?

We’re looking for a Senior Executive / Executive, Facilities to manage the maintenance and operations of our KFC & Pizza Hut outlets across Singapore.

This role is ideal for those with a background in restaurant construction, hotel engineering, or hospital facilities, and especially suitable for Polytechnic Diploma holders in engineering or facilities-related disciplines with 3 or more years of relevant work experience.

What You’ll Do:

Facilities & Equipment Management

• Handle daily facilities operations, preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Manage the servicing of kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across outlets.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and brand standards.

Contractor & Vendor Coordination

• Work directly with service contractors and vendors—plan, monitor, and ensure they meet SLAs.

• Lead minor works and renovations independently.

• Coordinate installations and handovers of kitchen equipment for new and refurbished stores.

Project Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Project, Real Estate, and Store Operations teams for smooth execution of facilities and maintenance works.

• Support sustainability efforts like energy-saving initiatives and system upgrades.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain records of service schedules, warranties, and equipment databases.

• Ensure Halal, safety, and brand compliance across all outlets.

• Assist in budget monitoring and generate reports on maintenance and cost trends.

Who You Are:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services) or Facilities Management.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in hospitality, hospital, or F&B facilities management.

• Open to candidates with contractor backgrounds or hotel/hospital engineering experience.

• Technical knowledge of equipment, maintenance routines, and building systems.

• Strong coordination and multitasking skills, with the ability to work across multiple sites.

• Willing to travel across Singapore and respond to urgent maintenance matters when required.
