About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations across our regional entities in Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and operational efficiency. You will lead the General Accounting Team, manage routine finance operations, and support the Head of Finance in a wide range of strategic initiatives, including audits, budgeting, forecasting, tax optimisation, and compliance governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage day-to-day finance operations, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
• Supervise the monthly closing process and ensure timely preparation and analysis of group consolidated management accounts
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax obligations, and HR-related regulations across jurisdictions, with support from local teams
• Oversee group-level cash flow planning and treasury management
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Build and develop a capable and dependable General Accounting Team
• Manage internal and external audit processes
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Implement and uphold group finance policies and compliance frameworks
• Support corporate finance matters such as transfer pricing, tax planning, and optimisation
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and provide operational support for strategic finance initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA qualification preferred
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional or group-level managerial capacity
• Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance (experience in Singapore and regional markets preferred)
• Hands-on experience in monthly closing, cash flow management, payroll, and ERP/accounting systems
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
