Funding Claims & Compliance

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of the funding claims process, ensuring  timely and accurate submission in line with government scheme requirements.

• Monitor and ensure that funding utilization meets government-scheme guidelines.

•  Stay updated on regulations, policies and procedural changes from relevant funding agencies

• Ensure processes and documentation are compliant with the funding criteria.

• Submit appeals to funding agencies whenever necessary and work towards the completion of the appeals.

• Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties, including funding agencies, auditors and other relevant bodies.

• Perform month-end closing activities for funding and financial reconciliation.

• Support internal and external audit activities

Process Improvement & Automation

• Review and refine internal funding workflows, documentation and record keeping to drive operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities to streamline funding processes and integrate automation or digital tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, accounting, business management or related field.

• 3-5 years experience in administration of funding, grants, subsidies as well as process automation and transformation.

• Prior experience dealing with SkillsFuture-funded courses (SSG,WSG) is preferred

• Strong attention to detail, capability to manage compliance risk.

• Proficient with data tracking, financial system and training administration systems.

• Knowledge in using Tableau is an advantage.
