About the role
Oohray Group Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Assistant to join our team in the Kaki Bukit East Region. This full-time position will provide crucial administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, record-keeping, and reconciliations
Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
Providing general office and administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and handling general inquiries
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
Providing support and ad-hoc tasks as required
We welcome fresh graduates
What we're looking for
Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and other office productivity tools would be an advantage
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
