Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to secure funding from individuals, corporations, foundations, and the public.
Plan and execute major fundraising events, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.
Identify and pursue grant opportunities, draft proposals, and manage the entire grants lifecycle to maximise funding potential.
Plan and execute donor relations and stewardship activities to deliver a positive donor experience and foster long-term relationships.
Draft compelling proposals, presentations, and communications for current and prospective donors.
Track, evaluate, and analyse donor acquisition and donation data to align strategies with the organisation’s objectives.
Implement and ensure compliance with best practices in fundraising, donor relations, and data protection.
Work collaboratively with other departments to support fundraising initiatives and integrate efforts across the organisation.
Perform any other duties as assigned to support the organisation’s mission and objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
At least 4 years of relevant working experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in community partnership and fundraising, particularly within social service agencies or IPC charities.
Strong service orientation with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
Meticulous and highly organised.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt and collaborate effectively across different functions and environments.
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
