ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER, CORPORATE & COMMUNITY RELATIONS (FUNDRAISING) - #1116044

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to secure funding from individuals, corporations, foundations, and the public.

• Plan and execute major fundraising events, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.

• Identify and pursue grant opportunities, draft proposals, and manage the entire grants lifecycle to maximise funding potential.

• Plan and execute donor relations and stewardship activities to deliver a positive donor experience and foster long-term relationships.

• Draft compelling proposals, presentations, and communications for current and prospective donors.

• Track, evaluate, and analyse donor acquisition and donation data to align strategies with the organisation’s objectives.

• Implement and ensure compliance with best practices in fundraising, donor relations, and data protection.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to support fundraising initiatives and integrate efforts across the organisation.

• Perform any other duties as assigned to support the organisation’s mission and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience in community partnership and fundraising, particularly within social service agencies or IPC charities.

• Strong service orientation with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

• Meticulous and highly organised.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt and collaborate effectively across different functions and environments.

• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
