Position: Food Production Operator (30 Vacancies)
Location: Woodlands – Senoko Industrial
Employment Type: 12-Month Direct Contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: $2,800 – $3,000 (inclusive of allowances)

• Base Salary: $2,200 + Night Shift Allowances

• Allowances per night shift:

  • Night Shift: $8

  • Transport: $8

  • Meal: $15

  • Heat (if assigned oven manning): $8
    (Estimated $39 allowance per day)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (Night Shift Only)

• Overtime may be required (OT payable)

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out general production duties to ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Operate cooking machines according to standard procedures.

• Prepare ingredients and inspect raw and finished materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen/production area.

• Follow company safety SOPs at all times.

• Report and escalate issues to supervisors promptly.

• Perform any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required – training will be provided.

• Able to commit to night shifts (with flexibility to work morning/afternoon shifts if required).

• Willing to work overtime when needed.
