What will you deliver?
- Demonstrate customer service excellence by receiving, fulfilling and following up on account orders and enquiries within a stipulated timeframe, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of product orders.
- Prepare sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and other necessary documents to Customers
- Expedite and monitor delivery from Principals/Suppliers
- Process and expedite customers’ orders
- Leverage from internal network for existing pricing and manage freight effectively to ensure cost optimization.
- Liaise with Logistics to ensure goods are delivered on time
- Ensure customer order data accuracy in the ERP - AX.
- Process billing timely to ensure smooth accounts receivable. You also process credit notes and debit notes when required.
- Prepare quotations and perform contract review
- Follow up on quotations sent out to customers
- Provide after sales support to customers
- Create PIM for new products
- Keep master list and pricing related documents updated.
- Provide accurate periodic and adhoc reports.
- Manage and provide system filing to allow for quick retrieval of information
- Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
- Ensure compliance with Sonepar Singapore’s sales policies and procedures.
- Identify and address any issues not resolved to higher management.
Key Qualifications
- Diploma in related discipline, minimum GCE ’O’ level
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Possess problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize work
- Excellent attention to details
- Proficient in PC applications such as Excel and Word
