We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at our prestigious beauty salon. We offer an attractive base salary plus commission, along with various benefits, providing the opportunity to earn a monthly income of up to $24,000.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
(Beauty and wellness only)
- Previous successful experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards achieving sales targets.
- Proven track record in sales, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to effectively manage salon operations and resources.
- Strong business acumen, keeping up with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Willing to work retail hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch sales and operations.
- Achieve outlet monthly target
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department, including customer reception, coordinating work schedules for beauty therapists, liaising with suppliers, and resolving customer issues.
- Develop marketing strategies and sales plans, contributing to increased revenue and customer acquisition.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing training and guidance to ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle inventory management and purchasing, ensuring the availability and quality of salon products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market competition, making necessary adjustments to business strategies to maintain a leading position in the market.
- Supervise a team of beauticians and consultants

Work hours:
Monday-Friday :11am -9pm
Saturday,Sunday,PH :10am-7pm
