Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and rectify faults across building and M&E facilities.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure timely and quality completion of works.
• Respond to service requests including lighting, ceiling boards, and general repairs.
• Supervise contractors for maintenance and repair works; inspect and approve work permits.
• Collaborate with contractors on preventive maintenance and system troubleshooting.
• Support Engineering Manager in implementing quality maintenance programs and regulatory compliance.
• Attend to emergency calls and faults during and outside office hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Manage assets, equipment, and spare parts inventory; monitor consumables usage.
• Perform routine checks on building facilities including M&E and BMS systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and vendors.
• Conduct engineering investigations for quality deviations and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related field.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building management systems.
• Experience in facility or utility operations within semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
