Responsibilities :

• To assist our clients with moving in and repair coordination during lease term and moving out at end of the lease.
• To provide interpretation services
• To prepare materials to improve on work processes and clients' communication (to guide clients)
• To prepare property condition report on the first day of move in (taking pictures and compiling in to a report)

Requirements :

• At least 1 year of working experience
• Proficient in Japanese language (Min JLPT N2 level) to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
