What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor the QS team to deliver cost-effective solutions.
Oversee cost control activities across multiple projects.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Advise senior management on project risks and cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare clear financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
4–8 years of experience in cost consultancy / contracts management.
Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties.
Familiar with forms of measurement (CEMS, SMM, or equivalent).
Membership with SISV, RICS, or AIQS is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
