Adecco is partnering with a reputable construction and architectural solutions company known for delivering premium façade, structural glass, and bespoke housing developments. With a focus on quality, precision, and design excellence, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor.

In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of pre-sales, post-sales, procurement, ensuring projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and to the highest standards. If you are looking to grow in a dynamic, design-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.

The Job

• Tender & Sales Support - Provide tender assistance, prepare and submit quotations, attend tender interviews, and follow up closely on sales status.
• Contract Review - Study contract documents, identify and highlight clauses that may not be favorable to the company.
• Budget Management - Prepare project budgets, track budget versus actual costs, and provide regular updates to management.
• Procurement & Sourcing - Prepare material lists, source suppliers and subcontractors, obtain competitive quotations, and compile comparison charts for evaluation.
• Negotiation & Award - Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers/subcontractors and issue purchase orders or subcontract agreements.
• Claims & Final Accounts - Submit timely progress claims, monitor payment responses, certify subcontractors' claims, and manage final account closures.

The Talent

• Diploma or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a QS role, preferably within general construction or architectural projects.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to work effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proactive, outcome-oriented, and able to take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Positive, open-minded attitude with a drive to deliver results and support operational excellence.
