Lead Security Supervisor (Screening) - #1115898

Environment: Datacenter
Location: Tai Seng (near MRT)
Work Regime: 5 days (Roster Rotating - no fixed off days*)
Shift: Permanent Day Shift
Work Hours: 7.00 am to 7.00 pm

The incumbent will report to the Security Team Manager and is responsible for providing surveillance over life and property, patrolling the premises, and checking the movement of people/goods, including:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Incident Management & Reporting

• Respond to & report complex or large-scale safety and security incidents. 

• Investigate security incidents.

Direct Supervision 

• Supervise & direct security personnel.

• Conduct team briefing & debrief.

Execute Evacuation Plans & Exercises 

• Execute evacuation plans/exercise.

Other ad-hoc duties are assigned strictly in accordance with PWM guidelines.

• Key duties and responsibilities may vary based on the assignment's requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a valid PRD Grade of Security Supervisor (SS) rank.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Experience in managing a team of 8 or more officers.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong decision-making skills to ensure efficiency and compliance

• Preferably has experience working in a data Center environment.

• Must wear PPE while on duty, including safety boots, safety vest, safety googles and earmuffs.

• Required to undergo background screening.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Knowledge of MS Office and security systems is essential.
