Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Provide customers with professional advice and consultation on spectacles.

• Handle daily shop operations including retail sales, inventory control, and other related duties.

• Identify and understand customers’ needs and preferences.

• Recommend and display products that best match customer requirements.

• Manage point-of-sale (POS) processes accurately.

• Stay updated on product information, features, and benefits to communicate effectively with customers.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Retail

• Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Others or equivalent.

• Required Skill(s): sales, customer service

• Sales driven and number-oriented

• Self-motivated & Resilient
