Cleaning Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor - #1115809

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of cleaners, ensure high cleaning standards, and handle administrative and operational duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities and schedules.

· Monitor the performance of cleaning staff and conduct regular site inspections.

· Train and guide new cleaners in proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.

· Ensure all cleaning tasks comply with quality standards and safety regulations.

· Handle feedback and complaints from clients or building management professionally.

· Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, and request replenishments when needed.

· Prepare and submit cleaning checklists and reports to the Operations Manager.

· Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.

Requirements:

· WSQ Environmental Cleaning certification is an advantage.

· At least 2 years of relevant cleaning experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.

· Able to lead a team and manage manpower effectively.

· Basic communication and reporting skills in English.

· Physically fit and able to work shifts/weekends if required.

· Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
