Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports
Process reimbursement forms
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual audits
Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, invoices, and other documents.
Working with bookkeeping software, online spreadsheets, and databases.
Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.
Processing transactions, issuing payment vouchers, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
