  • Helping prepare financial reports, budgets, and financial statements

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

  • Create and update expense reports

  • Process reimbursement forms

  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases

  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy

  • Maintain digital and physical financial records

  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed

  • Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual audits

  • Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

  • Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, invoices, and other documents.

  • Working with bookkeeping software, online spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

  • Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.

  • Processing transactions, issuing payment vouchers, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
